Their journey reminds us that when we look beyond what is immediately visible, we uncover resilience, cultural depth, and extraordinary beauty that deserves to be honored; much like the strength we see in communities we serve that face inequities in housing, education, food security, and access to care, whose health stories cannot be understood without seeing the deeper social determinants that shape them.
