What a night! Morris Heights Health Center (MHHC) Foundation hosted its annual Impact Awards Gala on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at beautiful Marina Del Rey located in the Bronx. With over 450 esteemed guests in attendance, including community partners, legislators, key stakeholders, as well as staff and friends of the health center, the gala raked in more than $300,000 in sponsorships and contributions.
Congratulations to our four honorees this year: Vanessa Gibson, Councilmember, District 16, Robert Mercedes, Principal, MS 390 and MHHC Board Chair, Nelson Lebron, President & CEO, Wrapid Janitorials, and Oswaldo Rodriguez and Jose Almonte, Presidents & Co-Owners, SUYO Gastrofusion. We also want to congratulate Stockings With Care for their Special Recognition Award.
The night truly belonged to the youth of the Bronx, MHHC Foundation awarded 12 scholarships to deserving college-bound Students.
